This store is operated by Next Day Custom Tees (NDCTees) for Medina Valley ISD staff. This policy explains what we collect when you place an order, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.
What we collect
- Your contact details — name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm your order and reach you about delivery.
- Your order — the garments, colors, sizes and quantities you chose, plus any department or personalized name you asked us to print.
- Your delivery campus and any delivery notes you add.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own secure pages. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference number.
We do not collect a home address. Orders are delivered to the MVISD campus you select, so there is no residential shipping information to store.
Who your information is shared with
- Stripe processes your payment. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend delivers your confirmation email on our behalf.
- Medina Valley ISD staff coordinating the delivery may see the order list for their campus.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained as ordinary business records so we can handle reprints, questions and accounting. You may ask us to remove your contact details from our system at any time; we may need to keep the transaction record itself for tax purposes.
Personalized names and departments
If you add a name or department to a garment, that text is printed on the item and is visible to our production staff and to whoever distributes the order at your campus. Please do not enter anything you would not want printed.
Your choices
