This store is operated by Next Day Custom Tees (NDCTees) for Medina Valley ISD staff. Placing an order means you agree to the terms below.
No refunds on customized items
Every garment here is printed for you after you order, so it cannot be resold. Because these are customized items, we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit.
Please check your style, color and size before paying. The confirmation checkbox at checkout is there for exactly this reason.
If something is wrong with your order
If we made the mistake — wrong garment, wrong color, wrong size against what your order says, a misprint, or a defective item — we will replace it. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at sales@ndctees.com or 210-858-8825, and keep the item.
If the order matches what was submitted but the wrong size was selected, we can exchange it or issue store credit rather than a refund.
Turnaround
Orders are produced in approximately 10 business days from the date of payment, then delivered to your campus. Busy periods can extend this. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm it is achievable.
Pricing, fees and tax
- Garment prices are shown per item. 2XL and 3XL are priced higher.
- A 4% service fee is applied to the apparel subtotal.
- Texas sales tax of 8.25% is applied to the subtotal plus the service fee.
- All three are shown separately before you pay. There are no other charges.
Prices may change for future orders, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed only once Stripe confirms the payment succeeded.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the Medina Valley ISD campus you select at checkout. We do not ship to home addresses through this store. Once an order is delivered to your campus, distribution is handled by the district.
Sizing
Manufacturer size charts are linked from each product. Garments are made by third-party manufacturers and sizing can vary between brands and between production runs. We cannot exchange an item because it fits differently than expected.
Artwork and personalization
The Medina Valley ISD designs offered here are provided for district staff use. By adding a department, you confirm you are entitled to have that text printed. We may decline to print anything we consider offensive or that infringes someone else's rights.
